Denim is one of the most fashionable clothing items of all time. It is a comfy and extremely trendy piece found in every woman’s wardrobe. With the arrival of the new season, ladies certainly would like to keep up with latest and hottest 2010 jeans trends. These are the major jeans trends from the latest fashion!

Boyfriend Jeans
This trend was introduced mainly by Katie Holmes and this type of slouchy worn jeans become very chic this season. As you can see from its name, the idea behind these pants is that girls usually like to borrow their boyfriends’ jeans, because of their comfortable look. Therefore fashion designers started to create a women’s line. Boyfriend style jeans are very casual, you can wear them with nearly anything. Cuff them at a few inches above your ankle to create an original look.

Jeggins
Jeggings is a new term for half jeans and half leggings. This doesn’t mean literally half in half but the fabric is stretchy like leggings but the look is typically an indigo jean look. The look has been fondly embraced by the likes of Beyonce, Mischa Barton and Pixie Geldof.

Skinny Jeans
Skinny jeans have become a wardrobe essential. Skinny jeans work with anything and everything, so make sure you have a few pairs for spring in lighter colors.

Ripped jeans
Ripping is the style of the date in women denim. Almost every famous Hollywood hottie has been spotted wearing a ripped jean in recent. Pre-Ripped Denim and Tear-n-Repair styles of ripped women jeans are creeping on the fashion ramp.

Colors
End finally the colors! As usually the colors of women jeans can be divided into two categories: the darker ones, which includes Black, Indigo and Brown while the second mid toned colors including Smoke, Khaki and Light Grey. White is the special exception of the hot season.

THE BEST EVER PUMPKIN CAKE

Ingredients:
1 large 29 oz can pumpkin
1 box yellow cake mix
1 cup milk
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup melted butter
1/8 tsp cloves
1/2 tsp salt
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/4 tsp ginger
1/8 tsp nutmeg

Prepare pumpkin mixture pour in a 9″ by 13″ cake pan. Sprinkle yellow cake mix over pumpkin mixture. Melt butter pour over yellow cake. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
Enjoy hot or cold.

Top with home made whipped cream or Cool Whip

I think somebody needs to do a number on acorn. Did you know that by law acorn receives four hundred dollar for every purchase money mortgage loan that is sold to fannie or feddie? More than half are sold to these guys and acorn is tax exempt then has to follow certain rules. This can’t be political in any way!!! But, no one is tough enough to fight them on this…
