The Delray Affair is held outdoors along the beautiful brick sidewalks and palm tree lined Atlantic Avenue. Each year the streets are opened to pedestrians only from Swinton Avenue to the Intracoastal Waterway. Park & Ride service will be available.

Disney’s Epcot Flower and Garden Display in Aventura, FL

Aventura Mall will celebrate the Fifteenth Annual Epcot® International Flower & Garden Festival with two lush Disney designed topiary gardens on display. On the weekends there will be workshops and demonstrations; the children will enjoy the animal shaped topiaries depicting the Lion King family while the parents will have plenty of photo opportunities.

Double Citrus Tart

Celebrate Easter with festive cakes, cookies, and tarts made with the fresh fruits of Spring.

A sweet crust made from gingersnap cookies, brown sugar, and ground cinnamon perfectly foils the tart filling in this citrus dessert. The recipe calls for frozen orange juice concentrate, which adds a burst of bright flavor without extra ingredients. Chill for at least four hours, or overnight, to set.
