how to prepare Pizza Dough…

Dip the dough into flour and place it on a clean work surface.
Press the dough into a small round with your fingertips. Press from the center to the edge of the dough to form a raised crust. If the dough seems taut, cover it and set aside for about 10 minutes to rest.

Keeping your hands flat on the dough, spread your fingers out to stretch the dough as you rotate it. You can use this method to stretch the dough out to whatever size or thickness of pie desired.

If you are up to it, drape the dough over your fists. Pull the dough as you begin rotating it into a thin round. Don’t stretch the center too thin or the dough will tear. If it does, just pinch it back together.

Put the stretched pizza dough on a cornmeal dusted paddle or parchment paper.

Top as desired and slip into a hot oven.
